Due to the nature of digital delivery, all purchases made through our platform are considered final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and this policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may be issued.

1. General Refund Terms

By using our platform and purchasing services, you agree to this refund policy in full. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Accidental orders or duplicate purchases

  • Low engagement or loss of interest after delivery

  • Violations of social platform terms by the user

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered
    If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and there is no valid reason (such as platform delays or incorrect information), a credit or refund may be issued.

  • Partial Delivery
    If an order is only partially completed and cannot be fulfilled further, we may issue a proportional refund or top-up the missing balance.

  • Technical Error
    In the event of a system error (e.g., payment charged but no order placed), we will resolve the issue promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or credits in the following cases:

  • You provide an invalid or incorrect link

  • The account/content is removed, private, or restricted during delivery

  • You place multiple conflicting orders for the same content

  • You violate the terms of the platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) resulting in a ban or restriction

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as credit to your ClearSocial.it account balance, which can be used for future orders.

We do not issue refunds to external payment methods unless legally required or agreed upon under special circumstances.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or dispute an order:

  • Email support@clearsocial.it

  • Include your order number, service type, and a brief explanation

  • All requests must be submitted within 5 days of the order date

Our support team typically reviews refund requests within 24–48 business hours.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting us first violates our terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block accounts that attempt chargeback fraud. Legitimate disputes should always be handled through our support team first.
